Frameworks The use of framework contracts is becoming increasingly prevalent, and in some cases organisations are directed to use a particular framework. This is particularly so of the S-Cat framework, which is in the process of being replaced by the successor framework Catalist. S-Cat and Catalist are run by OGCbuying.solutions, an Executive Agency of the Office of Government Commerce in the Treasury. evo consulting has teamed up with larger S-Cat/Catalist registered firms in order to enable clients to access our services via S-Cat/Catalist.
